# Social Enterprise

All participants in the VLR ecosystem- including token holders, entrepreneurs, and Valer Studios staff-  share a common vision for the way in which blockchain can make a more equitable world. Four core elements have been identified by our community that define ideal enterprise partners:

1. Mission-driven approach to social change
2. Implementing innovative solutions to modern needs
3. Financially attractive business models
4. Dedication to a vision for growth exhibited by leadership team

In addition to the individual causes championed by enterprise partners, all staking contracts contribute a portion of fees to a charity bag. VLR token holders will have voting power to deploy those funds in area of greatest need. 

This community-led approach to invest in socially conscious businesses acknowledges the intersectionality of all work for social justice and global equity.
